Arild Stavrum talks about ‘Barca: The Making of the Greatest Team in the World’, Graham Hunter‘s behind-the-scenes account of how Messi, Xavi, Iniesta et al took over the football world. It’s can’t-put-down good.’
I really enjoyed Graham Hunter’s Barca because most books written about football don’t go into the story as thoroughly as he did. He spoke to everybody at the club and it is a really interesting study into what may be the best club team ever.
When I saw Barcelona beat Real Madrid 5-0 (in November 2010) it was the best football I had ever seen and it was so interesting to read Graham’s analysis of it in Barca. It’s a great, great book.
Arild Stavrum is a former professional footballer and now writes books.
